Once we receive some basic information on the job(s) you are looking to have completed we will reach back out (typically by the end of the current business day) with either a quote, or to request more info/photos to help provide you with a more accurate price.

We work on a flat rate pricing system, where the price we quote is always the price you pay, unless you request extra services.

We operate Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

If you require flexible hours (early/late start or working on Saturday) we can often accommodate them by scheduling an extra 5-7 days in advance.

We’re closed on Sunday because nature is cool. Holiday hours may vary, so please call for specific information on those dates.

For the most part we only provide online quotes for smaller services, and in person quotes for larger jobs.

If you require an in person quote on a smaller job, there may be a 30-45$ consultation fee which is sometimes deducted from the final cost.

Rather than charging hourly for our time, we instead charge per job, with discounts for stacking multiple jobs together into one trip. This means you will know exactly how much you will owe before we even arrive, rather than guessing how many hours it will take.

This system gives us incentive to do the job right the first time, as well as helps us cover operating expenses, drive time, shopping time, etc. without charging an hourly minimum or exorbitant hourly rates.

For most projects, yes! Often it is easier for you to pick out the exact door handle/faucet/light fixture that you want than for us to go hunting it down. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to provide your own materials.

On some complex jobs, we will not accept outside materials for both your safety and ours. Because we don’t know the source or quality first hand, we must err on the side of caution. Just let us know if this is a concern and we will be happy to discuss!
